Large crowds of Yemenis are rallying in major cities, demanding outgoing President Ali Abdullah Saleh be put on trial for the deaths of protesters killed during the country's uprising.

Tens of thousands marched in the streets of the capital Sanaa on Sunday, chanting that Saleh "must stand before a judge." Another big crowd of marchers echoed the chant in Taiz, Yemen's second largest city.
Activist Fathi al-Hamadi says the "only place for Saleh to go to is the court's dock."
